Chinese medicinal dispensing granule is an important topic in the reform of dosage form of Chinese medicine and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,which meets the convenience requirements of modern society and special diseases for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Through the overview of domestic and foreign development status of Chinese medicinal dispensing granule and the analysis of problems existing at present in our country,Chinese medicinal dispensing granule should be developed based on the experience of foreign countries and follow the pattern of clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine and market requirements. The development could be in mode of couplet medicines granule as primary and single medicinal dispensing granule as subsidiary. Scientific and high quality basic studies and clinical research should be further carried out to obtain the systematic and propagable achievements.
