摘要

浅析十二经支脉理论对针灸临证的指导作用。首先对十二经支脉理论进行了阐释,十二经支脉都有“其直者”或“其支者”,均属于经脉部分,均可运用于指导临床实践；其次强调重视对十二经支脉的临床运用,因支脉可达主干不及之处,临床诊断、治疗时,需重视结合支脉的循行路线以及分布在支脉上的穴位,以期达到更好的疗效。

Abstract

This paper initially analyzed the guidance of theory of twelve meridians branch in clinical acupuncture. The twelve meridians all have its main vein and branches,which also belong to the meridians and can be used in guiding the clinical practice. Because the branches can reach the part that the main vein not touch,clinical diagnosis and treatment should pay attention to the cycle routes of the branches and the acupoints located in the branches so as to obtain better effect.
