Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with Penyan Prescription on tubal infertility. MethodsSixty patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopy combined with hydrotubation,and the treatment group was received Penyan Prescription treatment on the basis of operation. The total course of treatment in both groups was 3 months and 1 years follow-up. The changes of pregnancy rate and patency rate of fallopian tube were observed and the levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) were compared.  Results:①1 year after treatment, the numbers of intrauterine pregnancy in the treatment group and control group were 19 and 10 cases respectively. There was statistically significant difference on the rate of intrauterine pregnancy between the two groups,and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment, there was statistically significant difference on the patency rate of fallopian tube between the two groups,and the patency rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).③Comparison of treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the serum level of IL-6,TNF-α and ICAM-1 in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment, there were statistically significant differences on the serum level of IL-6,TNF-α and ICAM-1 between the two groups(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Laparoscopic combined with Penyan Prescription shows good effect in the treatment of tubal infertility. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of the expression of serum IL-6,TNF-α and ICAM-1.
