Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dan’e Fukang Decocted Extract in the treatment of endometriosis(EM). Methods174 patients with EM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 87 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone while the treatment group was treated with Dan’e Fukang Decocted Extract,with a course of three menstrual cycles. The clinical efficacy were observed,the scores of life quality, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the level of serum carbohydrate antigen (CA125),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were compared.  Results:①The total effective rate was 93.10% in the treatment group and 81.61% in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. ②Comparison of the treatment before and after, the difference on the score of dysmenorrhea degree in both groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison between the treatment group and control group,the difference on the score of dysmenorrhea degree was statistically significant,and the effect on relieving dysmenorrhea in the treatment group were obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③ After treatment, there were statistically significant differences on the scores of life quality,SDS and SAS between the two groups,and the effects of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group (P<0.05). ④ After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the level of CA125,TNF-α and IL-6 between the two groups,and the levels of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Dan’e Fukang Decocted Extract shows good effect in the treatment of endometriosis,which could effectively improve clinical symptoms,alleviate depression and anxiety,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors.
