Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Formula on the ovarian response and reserve in naturally aged mice. MethodsForty-eight female C57BL/6J mice that 10months old were randomly divided into the model group, Bushen Jianpi Formula(BJSP) group and dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)group,and given the corresponding treatments. Meanwhile, young female C57BL/6J mice that 2-3 months old were set as the control group.Before and after intervention,the serum level of anti mullerianhormone(AMH),the changes of oocyte number, MII oocyte number,fertilized oocyte number,fertilization rate and ovarian follicle count were observed and compared.  Results:①The serum AMH level in the BSJP group was higher than that in the model group and DHEA group(P<0.05); ②In vitro fertilization,the oocyte number, MII oocyte number, fertilized oocyte number, fertilization rate of the BSJP group were significantly higher than those of the model group and DHEA group(P<0.05); ③The number of mature follicle of the BSJP group was significantly increased compared with the model group and DHEA group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Formula can improve the ovarian reserve and response in naturally aged mice.
