This paper introduced Professor Wang Xiuxia’s experience in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Professor Wang considered deficiency of spleen and kidney and damage of chong and ren meridians as the main pathogenesis of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. In the treatment she advocated the hemostasis combined with the treatment of root cause for arresting uterine hemorrhage,strengthening chong meridians to stop bleeding,invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and supplementing qi and nourishing blood to restore. And surgeries should be assessed according to the condition of patients.
