摘要

《内经》中“少阳主骨”理论近年研究颇多,但缺乏系统性总结和回顾。对“少阳主骨”古义进行考析,整理分析“少阳主骨”相关文献,发现当今学者对少阳主骨所主病的阐释主要分为筋痹与骨痿两方面,并试述“少阳主骨”与胆源性骨病可能存在的相关性。

Abstract

In recent years, there are many research about the theory of “Shaoyang governs the bone” in Neijing,but lack of systematic summary and review. This paper analyzed the ancient meaning and sorted the related literature of “Shaoyang governs the bone”. It founded that the interpretation of the disease associated with “Shaoyang governs the bone” was mainly divided into two parts as muscle rheumatism and bone paralysis by the current scholars. The possible relationship between “Shaoyang governs the bone” and biliary osteopathy was tried to discuss.
