摘要

《伤寒论》中有关针灸的条文26条,而明确记载的具体针刺穴位仅有7个,分别是风池、风府、大椎、肺俞、肝俞、期门、关元,其中明确指出针刺的只有 6 个。这些穴位全部是特定穴, 仲景重用特定穴,选穴少而精, 治疗范围广。

Abstract

There are 26 passages about acupuncture and moxibustion in the Treatise on Febrile Disease,but only 7 passages clearly record the specific acupuncture points as follow:Fengchi(GB20),Fengfu(GV16),Dazhui(GV14),Feishu(BL13),Ganshu(BL18),Qimen(LR14) and Guanyuan (CV4),among which only 6 are clearly pointed the needling. These points are specific points, and physician Zhang Zhong jing emphasized the specific points,the selected points were fewer but better with a wide range of treatment.
