摘要

介绍严世芸教授治疗心系疾病独特的临床思维及经验。以证候要素组合法为治疗思路；善调阴阳(尤其肾阴、肾阳)；善调气血,常用补气活血和行气活血等治法,重视虫类药物；善调情志；重视扶正,尤其注重脾胃；疑难杂病采用经方“寒热气血补泻融为一炉”而治等。并列举医案。

Abstract

This paper introduced the unique clinical thinking and experience of professor Yan Shi-yun in the treatment of cardiac diseases. He considered the grouping of syndrome and elements as treatment ideas; the therapy was good at regulating Yin -Yang (especially Yin and Yang in kidney)and emotion,as well as qi-blood which suggested the tonifying Qi and activating blood as usual method. He emphasised the application of insect drugs and the strengthening of body resistance,especially spleen and stomach.For miscellaneous diseases,the treatment should combine with cold,heat,qi,blood,supplement and excretion.Some proven cases were recorded.
