摘要

探讨病证结合脾肾阳虚腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠模型的建立和评价方法。认为可采用较为公认的母婴分离、直肠扩张、避水应激等方法建立疾病模型,同时以饮食不节、苦寒泻下结合劳倦过度、惊恐伤肾的复合因素复制中医脾肾阳虚证模型；模型评价可从宏观体征、个别理化指标、药物反证和造模因素反推4个维度进行,使得相关模型更符合中医理论。

Abstract

This paper discussed the establishment and evaluation of rat model of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel(D-IBS) syndrome with yang deficiency in spleen and kidney based on the combination of disease and syndrome. It was held that maternal separation,colorectal distention and water avoidance stress were the accepted methods for establishment of D-IBS model,as the animal model with yang deficiency in spleen and kidney was established by improper diet,diarrhea induced by bitter and cold herbs combined with overstrain and panic；model evaluation could be conducted in the following aspects as macroscopic sign,individual physicochemical index,drug reduction and model factors,which conform to the theory of Chinese medicine.
