摘要

热力学第二定律中熵定律对生命现象作出了科学的解释。金元医家李东垣继承和发挥了《黄帝内经》的学术思想,在医疗实践中创元气论和阴火论,分析其立论思路,发现东垣学术思想与熵定律有诸多契合之处,李氏在临床和养生方面的思维方法,都能以熵定律作出诠释。

Abstract

Law of entropy, the second law of thermodynamics, provides scientific explanation for biological phenomena. Li Dong-yuan, a famous physician in period of Jin and Yuan who inherited and developed the academic thoughts of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor, founded the theory of Vital Qi and the theory of Yin Fire during medical practice.Based on the analysis of his points and theory, this paper suggested that his academic thoughts mainly agreed with the law of entropy. Thus, Li’s thinking methods of clinic and health preservion could be annotated by the law of entropy.
