Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tianmen acupoint massage on the treatment of preoperative anxiety in patients with uterine myoma. MethodsSixty cases of uterine myoma patients with anxiety were randomly divided into the intervention and control groups.Patients in control group received routine nursing criteria and patients in intervention group were treated with Tianmen acupoint massage in addition to routine nursing.The treatment of both groups were continued until 1 day before operation, the assessment score of anxiety,heart rate and blood pressure (systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure) were observed and measured. Results:①After treatment, there was statistically significant difference on assessment score of anxiety between groups, and the score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).②After treatment, there were statistically significant difference on heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between groups, and the indexes in the intervention group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tianmen acupoint massage could improve the preoperative anxiety status of patients with uterine myoma, which benefit for surgery and postoperative rehabilitation.
