目的:探讨三七花总皂苷水凝胶对皮肤创伤修复作用。 方法:切除大鼠全层皮肤,形成急性机械损伤动物模型。重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶做为阳性对照组,三七花总皂苷水凝胶(10 g/L、25 g/L、50 g/L)涂布创伤表面,每日1次,连续10日,比较不同处理方式对创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、创面血管形成、创面组织学的影响。 结果:三七花总皂苷水凝胶组(10 g/L、25 g/L、50 g/L)随时间和剂量的增加确实有提高创面愈合率和降低感染创面感染反应的作用,病理结果显示三七花总皂苷水凝胶明显促进创面炎性渗出物吸收、肉芽组织形成和表皮增生。 结论:三七花总皂苷水凝胶能够促进大鼠皮肤创伤的修复。
Objective:To investigate the repair effect of Panax notoginseng flower saponins hydrogel on skin wound. MethodsAnimal model of acute mechanical skin damage was formed by incisions of full skin in rats. Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor hydrogel (rb-bFGF) was used as a positive drug. Panax notoginseng flower saponins hydrogel(10g/L,25g/L,50g/L)was administrated by coating the wound surface,once a day and a course of 10 days. The effects of different treatments on wound healing time, wound healing rate, wound angiogenesis and wound histology were compared. Results:Panax notoginseng flower saponins hydrogel improved wound healing rate and reduced the infection reaction of infected wound with the time and dose increasing. Pathology results showed that Panax notoginseng flower saponins hydrogel significantly promoted the absorption of wound inflammatory exudate,formation of granulation tissue and epidermal hyperplasia. Conclusion:Panax notoginseng flower saponins hydrogel could promote the repair of skin wounds in rats.
