摘要

总结吴昆仑教授治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床经验。认为其病因病机为瘀血与湿热互结,治以健脾化痰、清热利湿、消癥散结法。并举典型案例说明。

Abstract

This paper analyzed and summarized the experience of professor Wu in the treatment of pelvic lymphatic cyst.He recommended the blood stasis combined with dampness and heat as main pathogenesis. Treatment should be used to strengthen the spleen and resolve the phlegm,clear heat and remove dampness,eliminate the mass and relieve swelling. Typical cases were described.
