摘要

目的：探讨补阳还五汤对脑缺血后神经血管单元功能的保护作用。方法：采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,并将大鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组；治疗组给予补阳还五汤灌胃治疗,对照组给予等量0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃,疗程7天。采用NRSS神经行为学评分评价大鼠脑缺血后行为学表现,采用TTC染色检测梗死面积,采用免疫组织化学染色的方法评价神经元数量情况,IGG染色评价神经血管单元的结构完整性。结果：干预处理后,与对照组比较,治疗组NRSS行为学评分降低、脑梗死面积缩小、神经元数量增多及神经血管单元完整性良好(P<0.05)。结论：补阳还五汤可通过保护神经血管单元的完整性以促进脑缺血后的康复。

Abstract

Objective:To study the protective effects of “Buyang Huanwu Decoction” on the integrity of neurovascular unit after brain ischemia in rats. MethodsMCAO was established in rats and then the rats were randomized into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was orally given “Buyang Huanwu Decoction” and the control group was orally given normal saline, with a course of seven days. The neurological score was used to test the behavioral performance, the TTC staining was used to determine the infarct area, the number of neuron and integrity of the neurovascular unit. was determined by immnuohischemstry ResultsCompared with the control group, NRSS score could reduced, the infarct area the number of neuron positive cells and the integrity of the neurovascular unit increased(P<0.05). Conclusion:“Buyang Huanwu Decoction” can promote the recovery following MCAO via improving the integrity of neuralvascular unit.
