摘要

目的：建立家猪心脏组织中17种氨基酸的含量测定方法。方法：用氨基酸分析仪测定家猪心脏组织中17种氨基酸的含量(茚三酮柱后衍生化)。结果：在实验的浓度范围内,17种氨基酸线性方程的相关系数(r)均大于0.999 0。甘氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、精氨酸的平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.0%、99.6%、101.7%、97.9%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论：该方法简便、准确,可用于测定家猪心脏组织中氨基酸的含量。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the content of the 17 types of amino acids in the swine heart tissue. Methods17 types of amino acids in the cardiac tissue of swine were detected by the amino acid analyzer with ninhydrin post-column derivatization. Results:The correlation coefficient (r) of linear equation of these 17 types of amino acid were all above 0.9990 within the range of concentration. The average recoveries of glycine, tyrosine, phenylalanine and arginine were 99.0%, 99.6%, 101.7% and 97.9%(n=6), respectively, and RSD were all less than 2%. Conclusion:The method was simple and reliable that can be used to determine the content of amino acid in the swine heart tissue.
