摘要

综述中医药保护高血压内皮功能的研究进展。从炎症、氧化应激、免疫系统、肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统、同型半胱氨酸、内皮微颗粒等多个方面阐述内皮功能紊乱在高血压发生发展过程中的作用,中医药对高血压内皮功能的保护起到了重要作用。

Abstract

This paper summarized the research progress of protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine on endothelial function in hypertension. The role of endothelial dysfunction in the development of hypertension was explained from the perspectives of inflammation, oxidative stress, immune system, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, homocysteine, endothelial micro particles and other aspects,which suggested that traditional Chinese medicine played an important role in protecting the endothelial function in hypertension.
