摘要

综述滋肾育胎丸临床应用及作用机制研究进展。滋肾育胎丸既往用于安胎,并可治疗先兆流产、月经不调、卵巢功能差等疾病,近年临床表明,本药被更多用于辅助生殖中,用来提高胚胎种植率、增加优质胚胎数、修复子宫内膜、改善子宫容受性等。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the recent research on the clinical application and mechanism of Zishen Yutai pill. In the past it was used for the prevention of miscarriage and treatment of incipient abortion, irregular menstruation, ovarian dysfunction. In recent years clinical practice showed that it was more used in the assisted reproduction, which enhance embryo implantation rate and increase embryo number of good quality, repair the endometrial and improve the endometrial receptivity.
