摘要

介绍清代医家邹澍论治烦症方药特色。认为烦症病位在心,若只见烦症非危重之象,若与躁症并见则为病重,同时提出烦症的8种治法,并分析仲景用于治疗烦症的药物栀子、淡豆豉、酸枣仁、乌梅等,阐发仲景用药之旨。

Abstract

This article presents Zou Shu’s experience with the differentiation and treatment of vexation. It is held that vexation lies in the heart; that simple vexation is not a critical condition and vexation with restlessness signifies critical condition; that eight treatment methods and four essential herbs(Fructus Gardeniae, Semen Sojae Preparatum, Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Fructus Mume) are introduced to clarify the herbal prescription for vexation.
