Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yi Zhi Ping Chan Granule on Parkinson’s disease combined with mild cognitive impairment.   Methods:Eighty patients with PD-MCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups.Each group had forty patients. Both groups were treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group were given Yi Zhi Ping Chan granule additionally,with a course of 3 month. The score changes of UPDRSⅡ、Ⅲ、 ADL、MMSE、 MOCA、PANDA before and after treatment were observed,as well as the adverse reactions by TESS.  Results:① Compared within each group after treatment,the score of ADL decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05),the score of UPDRSⅡ,UPDRSⅢ increased significantly in the control group(P<0.05)；compared with the control group after treatment,the score of ADL,UPDRSⅡ and UPDRSⅢ decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05). ② Compared within each group after treatment,the score of MMSE,MoCA and PANDA increased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05),the score of MoCA decreased significantly in the control group(P<0.05)；compared with the control group after treatment,these scores increased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group (7.5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (50%). The score of TESS decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Yi Zhi Ping Chan granule can significantly and safely improve cognition level of PD-MCI patients,as well as the clinical symptoms and activities of daily living.
