Objective:To observe the effects of Xiantu Heche recipe combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome. Methods 60 patients with premature ovarian failure with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases, treated with Xiantu Heche recipe combined with electroacupuncture)and control group (30 cases, treated with estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone),with a course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy was observed, the levels of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Estradiol (E,2,) were compared before and after treatment as well as the modified Kupperman score and endometrial thickness.  Results: ①The total effective rate were 76.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group respectively. There was statistical significance between groups (P,<,0.05). ②Compared between groups after treatment, the decrease of the level of FSH,LH in the treatment group was more significant(P,<,0.05),while the increase of the level of E,2, in the control group was more significant(P,<,0.05). ③Compared the difference before and after treatment between groups,the decrease of the modified Kupperman score in the treatment group was more significant(P,<,0.05),and the endometrial thickness changed more significantly than the control group(P,<,0.05).  Conclusion: Xiantu Heche recipe combined with electroacupuncture could be used in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome,which restore the ovarian function,recover the balance of endocrine and improve the life quality of the patients.
