摘要

介绍陈志维教授辨治股骨头缺血性坏死的临床经验。认为其主要病机为气滞血瘀、肝肾亏虚、痰湿闭阻、气血亏虚,治以行气活血、滋补肝肾、祛湿通痹、补气养血,并配以相应方药。

Abstract

This paper introduced professor Chen Zhiwei’s experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head.It is believed that this necrosis was primarily caused by qistagnancy and blood stasis, liver-kidney deficiency, phlegm-dampness congestion, and qi-blood insufficiency; that its treatment lied in activatingqi-blood circulation, nourishing liver and kidney, dispelling dampness andunblocking blood-stasis, and enriching qi and blood, and corresponding medicines were presented.
