摘要

从精室既藏又泄、宜通不宜滞的生理特性切入,阐发精浊病发病的主要病因在于精室之藏泄失宜、易感湿热、易留瘀滞,并从脏腑虚实、正邪角度阐明精浊病早、中、后期的不同病机及病理特点,论述各个分期施治原则和不同证型的具体治法。

Abstract

From the perspectives of the feature of semen storage that it can store and discharge the semen, this paper details the etiology of seminal turbidity that it is caused by its failure to balance the storage and discharging, and subsequent susceptibility to dampness heat and blood stasis, and introduces the therapeutic principles and methods according to the different pathogenesis in the early, middle and late stages.
