目的:研究山兰多糖对免疫系统受损伤小鼠的作用。 方法:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低下,将实验小鼠分为空白对照组(0.9%NaCl溶液)、模型对照组、阳性对照组(6.15 μl/g)、山兰多糖高剂量、中剂量、低剂量组(270 μg/g、135 μg/g、67.5 μg/g)。各组采取相应干预措施处理后,对小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素及吞噬系数进行测定。 结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组各免疫指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组及山兰多糖高、中、低剂量均对提高脾脏指数有显著影响(P<0.01),山兰多糖中剂量对迟发型变态反应影响显著(P<0.01),山兰多糖高剂量对所有免疫指标均有显著影响(P<0.01)。 结论:山兰多糖高剂量可对免疫低下小鼠起到免疫提高的作用。
Objective:To study the effects of the polysaccharide from the pseudobulbs of Oreorchis patens on immunocompromised mice. Methods Immunocompromised mice was made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. The mice were divided into control group, model group, positive group, and high-dose, medium-dose, low-dose Oreorchis polysaccharide groups(270 μg/g, 135 μg/g, 67.5 μg/g) and were respectively treated with the according methods. Then the spleen index, thymus index, delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH), serum hemolysin and phagocytic coefficient were measured. Results: There were striking differences in the immunologic indexes between the control group and model group(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the spleen indexes increased in positive group, and high-dose, medium-dose, low-dose Oreorchis polysaccharide groups; medium-dose Oreorchis polysaccharide group had some effects on delayed-type hypersensitivity(P<0.01); high-dose Oreorchis polysaccharide group had some impacts on all immunologic indexes(P<0.01). Conclusion: High-dose Oreorchis polysaccharide can boost immunity in immunocompromised mice.
