This paper introduces the experience of Wang Zhongmin in syndrome differentiation and treatment on the female prostate occlusion syndrome. It is stated that qi stagnation and blood stasis is the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease, and the pathogenic factors are kidney-qi deficiency, deficiency of both qi and blood, stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver and the stagnation of pathogenic dampness and heat. The corresponding method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were used with kidney tonifying, supplementing qi and nourishing blood, soothing the liver, or clearing heat and eliminating dampness.
