This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Feng Shilun in applying Shenzhuo Decoction. Professor Feng recognizes the decoction from prescription-related syndromes and applies the decoction by identifying prescription-related syndromes. In the process of application, he is not limited to the original decoction but applying to prescription combination and adding drug according to prescription-related syndromes and drug-related syndromes. He often applies the decoction to treat these diseases which cold and dampness evil flow down cause.
