摘要

分析明代医家岳甫嘉三则种子验案,总结岳甫嘉从“心”论治男性不育症的经验并探讨其现实意义。探讨“心”在男性性心理、心火在男性性欲中的作用,治法常以清心以蓄精、镇心以聚精、养心以固精、交通心肾而求嗣。

Abstract

Through analyze three proven cases treated by Yue Fujia, this paper investigates the function of the heart on the male sexual physiology and of the heart-fire on the sexual desire. We summarize the pathogenesis, therapy and prescriptions of the treatment by dealing with the heart in male infertility by Yue Fujia and revealing the practical significance.
