Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical vapor-deposited prescription in treating cervical spondylotic neck type and radiculopathy. Methods Two hundred patients of neck type and radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis were randomized into treatment group and control group,100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treaded with cervical vapor-deposited prescription,and control group were treated with a finger and rolling of manipulation to release and adjust the neck muscles. Two groups were both treated for 3 treatments. Clinical curative efficacy was observed,and the VAS, the neck disability index and the symptoms of cervical spondylosis rating scale changes was measured and compared.  Results: ①The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.0% and 76.0%. The comparison of clinical efficacy differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). ②Compared before and after the treatment,the difference of the VAS, the neck disability index and the symptoms of cervical spondylosis rating scale in each group and between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).  Conclusion: The effect of the cervical vapor-deposited prescription treatment of cervical spondylotic neck type and radiculopathy was satisfacty,this method can relieve pain obvious,improve the quality of the patient’s life.
