摘要

介绍黄振翘教授辨治特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床经验。认为本病以脾肾亏损为本,肝火灼伤血络为标；治疗当以“治火、治气、治血”为要。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Huang Zhenqiao’s clinical experience in treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. It is said that this disease is essentially caused by spleen and kidney deficiency and reflected in the symptoms of superficial venule damage by liver fire. The key should be treating fire, qi and blood. A proven case is listed in this paper.
