Objective:To observe the clinical effect on changes of serum IgE, T lymphocytes and pulmonary function of bronchial asthma patients, and explore the action mechanism of “Fujiu Sticking” in preventing and treating bronchial asthma. Methods60 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into treatment group and control group equally, and treated with “Fujiu Sticking” and “Sanfu Sticking” respectively. The changes of serum IgE, T lymphocytes and pulmonary function were observed.  Results:①The levels of CD4,+, increased(P,<,0.05)and CD8,+, decreased(P,<,0.05)after the treatment and there was significance in the levels of CD4,+, and CD8,+, in the two groups(P,<,0.05). ② After the treatment , the serum IgE of the two groups decreased obviously than before(P,<,0.05), and the treatment group was lower than that of control group(P,<,0.05). ③There was no significant difference in FEV,1and, FEV,1,/FVC in the two groups before and after treatment(P,>,0.05).  Conclusion:“Fujiu Sticking” has curative effect on increasing immunity and decreasing allergic reaction in bronchial asthma patients in chronic persistent period.
