摘要

“观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之”表明《伤寒论》诊断疾病的思路及过程,是脉与证的集合,体现了“脉证”合参的辨证思维与方法,为辨证论治之雏形,为后来中医辨证论治的确立奠定了坚实基础,同时说明“识脉证”“辨脉证”在中医临床辨证中占有重要地位。

Abstract

The sentence of “Observe symptoms to know how it committed against, and then follow the legislation to treat syndromes” shows the idea and process of diagnosis of Treatise On Febrile Diseases, and it is the collection of pulse and symptoms, embodies the dialectical thinking and methods of “pulse–certificate”. It is also the prototype of syndrome differentiation and treatment, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. At the same time, it also shows that “recognize pulse and symptoms”, “identify pulse and symptoms” occupies an important position in the clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM.
