Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of different frequency after acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke motor dysfunction. Methods90 cases of movement disorders after ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into slow frequency group, moderate frequency group and high frequency group, 30 in each group. Each group of the same acupuncture acupoints, acupuncture frequencies were:slow frequency group of 30 beats/min, the frequency of the group of 60 beats/min, high-frequency group 90 beats/min, every 30min, with course of 30 days for each group. The clinical efficacy, the neurological deficit score, limb motor function score and quality of life score were compared. Results:The total efficiency for slow, moderate and high frequency groups were 93.33%,100% and 93.33% respectively; moderate frequency group clinical total efficiency was significantly higher than the slow frequency group and high frequency group(P<0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit scores of the three groups were significantly decreased than before(P<0.01), and moderate frequency group was significantly lower than the slow frequency group and high frequency group(P<0.01); the limb motor function Fugl-Meyer scores of quality of life of the three groups increased than before(P<0.01), and moderate frequency group was higher than the slow frequency group and high frequency group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Moderate frequency helps improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke dyskinesia.
