摘要

目的：研究祛瘀解毒益气方对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者血浆降钙素原(PCT)和二胺氧化酶(DAO)的影响。方法：将90例患者随机分对照组(45例,常规治疗)和治疗组(45例,常规治疗结合祛瘀解毒益气方),疗程2周；观察两组治疗前后血浆PCT和DAO水平变化。结果：治疗后,两组血浆PCT和DAO水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：祛瘀解毒益气方可减轻脓毒症患者体内炎症反应并改善肠黏膜损伤。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of “Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction” on levels of plasma calcitonin proinsulin (PCT) and diamine oxidase (DAO) in patients with sepsis. Methods90 sepsis patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases, conventional anti-infection and life-support therapy) and treatment group (45 cases, “Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction” and conventional therapy), both with a course of two weeks; the levels of PCT and DAO were observed before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the levels of PCT and DAO were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The conventional therapy with “Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction” could mitigate inflammation and improve their intestinal mucosal injury in sepsis patients.
