This paper review the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine for reversing multidrug resistance of breast cancer. At present, such traditional Chinese medicine for reversing multidrug resistance of breast cancer were studied mostly, which include:monomer and extract of Traditional Chinese Medicine,like turmeric,radix ginseng,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and so on,compound traditional Chinese medicine such as compound Zilongjin,reverse capsule,Shugan Yishen recipe. However,few studies in vitro and in compound research,the shallow mechanism to investigate is still the main problem of reversing the multidrug resistance of breast cancer.
