摘要

目的：观察金黄膏外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。治疗组予金黄膏外敷,对照组予安慰剂膏外敷。两组疗程均为21天,观察膝部疼痛VAS评分、改良JOA评分及中医证候积分的变化情况。结果：①试验期间,治疗组脱落2例,对照组无脱落,最终完成试验者78例。②治疗前后组内比较,两组膝部疼痛VAS评分、改良JOA评分及中医证候积分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗前后膝部疼痛VAS评分、改良JOA评分及中医证候积分的差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：金黄膏外敷治疗膝骨关节炎,可显著减轻膝部疼痛,改善患者关节活动能力及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Golden Plaster” in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 in each group. Patients in treatment group were treated with “Golden Plaster” while the control group was treated with placebo. The courses for the two groups were 21 days. VAS score, modified JOA score and TCM syndrome integral were observed. Results:① During the experiment, 2 cases in the experiment group were shed and there was no shedding case in control group, 78 cases completed the experiment. ② Compared in the group before and after the experiment, there was statistically significant difference in VAS score, modified JOA score and TCM syndrome integral(P<0.05). Compared between the two groups before and after the experiment, there was statistically significant difference in VAS score, modified JOA score and TCM syndrome integral(P<0.05). Conclusion:“Golden Plaster” can effectively alleviate patients' knee pain, and improve the activity ability of the joints and quality of lives.
