Objective:To evaluate clinical effects and prognosis of “Qingxia Huayu Decoction” combined with Western Medicine on AP treatment; Methods65 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were divided into treatment group (32 cases ) and control group (33 cases). Patients in the control group took western medicine treatment, and the treatment group took “Qingxia Huayu Decoction” on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 7 days, respectively. CT score and CRP, calcium,the complication rate were analyzed, The clinical effects of these two groups would be evaluated. Results:① The clinical study showed that the total effective rate of the treatment and control groups were 96.88% and 84.85% respectively; there was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P,<,0.05). ②There was significant difference in the level of CRP and Ca,2+, between the two groups after the treatment(P,<,0.05). ③There was significant difference in the CT score between the two groups after the treatment(P,<,0.05). ④There was significant difference in the complication rate in the two groups(P,<,0.05). Conclusion:There are well clinical and synergies of “Qingxia Huayu Decoction” combined with western medicine on SAP, and it play a good role to improve the prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis.
