摘要

目的：回顾性分析反复呼吸道感染对祛风止动方治疗抽动障碍(TD)疗效的影响。方法：根据感染情况将273例TD患儿分为复感组和无复感组,均给予祛风止动方治疗9个月。观察两组的总有效率、YGTSS评分及复发率。结果：①无复感组总有效率明显高于复感组(P<0.05)；②无复感组YGTSS评分低于复感组(P<0.05)；③复感组的复发率为43.41%,明显高于无复感组的18.68%(P<0.01)。结论：反复呼吸道感染会影响TD的临床疗效,增加复发率。

Abstract

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the effect of recurrent respiratory infection(RRI) on curative effect of “Qufeng Zhidong Decoction” in the treatment of tic disorders in children. MethodsTwo hundred and seventy-three subjects RRI group and non-RRI group, and treated with “Qufeng Zhidong Decoction” for 9 months. The clinical efficacy, YGTSS score and recurrence rate were observed. Results:①The total effective rate was higher in the non-RRI group than in the RRI group(P<0.05); ②The YGTSS score was lower in the non-RRI group than in the RRI group(P<0.05); ③The recurrence rate was 43.41% in the RRI group, higher than 18.68% in the non-RRI group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Recurrent respiratory infection has a significant effect on the treatment TD and increases its recurrence rate.
