Objective:To observe the clinical effect of “Yuzhang Powder” umbilicaldressing plus moxibustion through ginger for non-severe aplastic anemia (NSAA) of kidney yang deficiency syndrome  Methods:75 cases of NSAA of kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomized into the treatment group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases). The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group received routine therapy plus “Yuzhang Powder” umbilicaldressing plus moxibustion through ginger. Both two groups were treated for six months, and to observe the clinical curative effect, hemogram index [hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell (WBC) and platelet] and serum bFGF level changes  Results:①After the treatment, 69 cases were preserved, 34 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in control group. ②After treatment, Hb and WBC of the treatment group increased obviously than those of the control group (P<0.05); ③Compared between the two groups before and after the treatment, there was significant difference in the level of bFGF in peripheral serum, and the level of bFGF in peripheral serum after treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05)  Conclusion:“Yuzhang Powder” umbilicaldressing plus moxibustion through ginger can significantly relieve clinical symptoms in patients with NSAA of kidney yang deficiency syndrome, improve the hematopoietic microenvironment to a certain extent.
