Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Pinggan Yangfei Zhike Decoction” with massage on treatment of infantile anaphylactic cough  Methods:52 cases of infantile anaphylactic cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. Cases in treatment group were treated by “Pinggan Yangfei Zhike Decoction” with massage and cases in control group were treated with normal western medicine,for two courses with 2 weeks in a course. The clinical efficacy and the content of IgE before and after the treatment were observed  Results:The total effective rate was 88.4% in treatment group and 57.6% in control group; there was significant difference of the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05). after the treatment, the content of IgE in treatment group decreasing significantly than before the treatment(P<0.01), and lower than that of control group(P<0.01)  Conclusion:“Pinggan Yangfei Zhike Decoction” with massageon was quite effective for infantile anaphylactic cough and could decrease the content of IgE .
