摘要

总结整理卞嵩京治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肠上皮化生的临床经验。认为其病因为中阳不足、痰凝血瘀,辨证分为中阳虚寒、中虚气滞、寒凝瘀阻及气阴两虚,治以温养中阳、活血止痛。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This article summarized and arranged the clinical experience of Mr. Bian Songjing differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. It is believed that the deficiency of Zhongyang and phlegm stagnation and blood - stasis are the etiology of this disease, and warming and nourishing Zhongyang and activating blood analgesia are the therapy of this disease. This disease can be classified into deficiency and cold of Zhongyang, deficiency and stagnation of qi, cold-coagulation blood-stasis and deficiency of both qi and yin. A proven case was listed.
