摘要

分析研究《诸病源候论》中导引法调理脾胃功能的相关条文,结合练功体会,归纳《诸病源候论》调理脾胃导引法中的六个操作特点,即三调合一、腰背适度紧张、腹部放松、躯干往复运动、重视呼气、一症一方。

Abstract

Based on the analysis on the original texts about the spleen-stomach function adjustment in General Treatise on the Etiopoly and Symptomology of Diseases, and with the author’s practicing experience, six characters of Daoyin General Treatise on the Etiopoly and Symptomology of Diseases adjusting spleen-stomach functions are concluded as below:three adjustments in one; keeping back and waist in moderate tension; relaxing abdomen; body’s to-and-fro motion; paying more attention to expiration; one symptom with one manipulation.
