摘要

从《诸病源候论》的相关记载思考伤寒,从疾病的角度整体认识伤寒,从证候的角度具体把握伤寒,从现代知识的角度深入探讨伤寒并和《伤寒杂病论》互看、互补、对照,以深入理解伤寒的疾病本体与临床证治和不同时代医著的传承关系。

Abstract

This paper reviews “Shanghan” according to the recordings in General Treatise on the Etiopoly and Symptomology of Diseases, forms a panorama view about the disease, exams the symptoms, and explores the disease from the perspective of modern knowledge. Furthermore, this paper reads “Shanghan” with contrast and supplement of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, to further the understanding of its origin, clinical treatment, and its evolution at different times.
