摘要

探讨间质性肺病的中医病因病机及治疗原则,并提出分期辨证论治。早期以宣肺为主,中期以化痰为主,后期以扶正祛邪为主,通过中医辨证治疗本病可取得较好疗效。

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss etiology, pathogenesis and principle of treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, and propose differentiation at different stages. In the early stage it should be treated in dispersing Lung-Qi while in the middle stage it should be treated in dissipating phlegm and in the late stage it should be treated in strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors. We can achieve bette Results: by treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
