正交设计优选复方石斛清肺散的煎煮工艺研究
摘要
目的:利用正交设计优选复方石斛清肺散处方中药材的最佳工艺条件 方法:以出膏率和橙皮苷含量为指标,采用HPLC法检测复方石斛清肺散中橙皮苷含量。并以L,9,(3,3,)正交设计试验,对药材煎煮的水用量、煎煮次数和煎煮时间进行正交优选 结果:最佳煎煮工艺为:10倍量水,浸泡35 min煎煮3次,每次煎煮1 h 方法:学考察表明,橙皮苷在66.93~334.67 mg/L内线性关系良好;精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验均良好 结论:该含量测定方法与优选的煎煮工艺条件,操作简单,稳定,可靠,可为药品实际生产提供参考。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize and establish the best decocting technology of “Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder” by method of orthogonal design Methods:HPLC and The complete L,9,(3,3,) orthogonal design were used to optimize the decocting technology of “Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder”,including water solvents,decocting times and time;the paste-froming rate and content of hesperidin were monitored Results:The best decocting technology was that using 10 times amount of water, soaking for 35 minutes decocting 3 times, 1 hour for each time of decocting. It was shown that the linear relationship of hesperidin was good in 66.93~334.67mg/L, and the precision test,the sample stability test and the repetitive experiment were well Conclusion:The decocting technology of “Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder” was stable, feasible and reliable,which could provide reference for actual production.
