摘要

介绍陈志维教授辨治髂骨致密性骨炎的临床经验。认为其主要病机为肝肾亏虚、外邪入侵,治以滋补肝肾、祛湿除热、散寒疏筋、活血通络,并配以相应方药。

Abstract

This paper did a discussion on the experience of Chen Zhiwei on syndrome differentiation and treatment of condensing ostitis. It is believed that deficiency of liver and kidney as well as exopathgen is the main pathogeneses of this disease. The treatment of this disease include nourishing liver and kidney, dispelling dampness and heart, expelling coldness and dredging tendon, activate blood circulation and smoothing collaterals, and medicine should be fitted respectively.
