This paper aims at discussing Characteristics of Zhang Xichun’s Yixuezhongzhongcanxilu on treating warm disease. Zhang Xichun had unique insights on warm disease and had his special features on treating warm disease. He proposed that warm disease could be classed into three aspects. Mr Zhang obey the theory of Liqi on treating pestilence and had his special prescription, making new prescription for disease of Fuqi according to the theory of Neijing, presenting fresh ideas on Baifutang syndrome differentiation. Zhang Xichun made a great contribution on development and perfection of war disease theory because of his academic thoughts and clinical experience.
