摘要

综述近年中药调控血液肿瘤细胞周期(G,0,/G,1,期,S期和G,2,/M期)的研究进展。血液肿瘤的发生与其细胞周期调控机制异常密切相关,中药或其有效成分可使血液肿瘤的细胞周期阻滞于某一限制点,进而抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导凋亡,发挥抗血液肿瘤的作用。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the progress in G,0,/G,1, phase、S phase and G,2,/M phase about traditional Chinese medicine regulating blood tumor cell cycle in the following application research in recent years. It is believed that Blood tumor and abnormal regulation of hematopoietic cell cycle mechanism are closely related,traditional Chinese medicine and its effective extract can arrest cell cycle in a limited point,thus inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,and this is the important pathogenesis of haemal tumour.
