Objective:To study the effects of cryptotanshinone on the antibody level of rats with the positive Anticardiolipin antibody and antiβ,2,-glycoprotein and the expression of TLR4/NF-κB Signaling Pathway Methods:The female SD rats were divided randomly into cryptotanshinone(0.03 μg/g)group, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection(6 μl/g)group, aspirin(0.04 μg/g)group, hydrosolvent(tween-80 saline at the same liquid volume) group, model group(normal saline at the same liquid volume) and blank group(NS at the same liquid volume). Fed the rats by gavage with medicine continuously from the first day for 2 weeks. ACA and Anti-β,2,-GP,1, levels were tested with the method of ELISA after the model was set up and fed by gavage, and then put the male and female rats into the same cage. The rats were sacrificed on the 12th day after pregnancy, serum level of TNF-α and the number of live births were detected by the method of ELISA. Decidual tissue were selected, and the expression of the TLR4 protein were tested by the method of SP Results:① Cryptotanshinone may effectively reduce the concentrations of ACA, Anti-β,2,-GP,1, and can increase the rate of live births effectively. ②The protein expression of TLR4 in decidual cells can be reduced by cryptotanshinone which resulting in lower TNF-α concentration to decrease the risk of miscarriage Conclusion:Cryptotanshinone has a protective effect on low pregnancy of rats with the positive of Anticardiolipin antibody and anti-β,2,-GP,1, which is partially via attenuating inflammatory through TLR4 / NF-κB signaling pathway.
