Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with medicine bar percussion for hemiplegia after stroke Methods:200 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 100 cases in the treatment group were treated by combination therapy with medicine bar percussion and 100 cases in control group were only treated by Acupuncture. The clinical course of each group was 21 days. The rating scale, the NIHSS scale, index and classification of Barthel were observed Results:① Before and after the treatment, there was statistic significance in the difference of the rating scale, the NIHSS scale, index and classification of Barthel in each group (P<0.05). After the treatment, there was statistic significance in the difference of the rating scale, the NIHSS scale, index and classification of Barthel between the two groups (P<0.05) ② Compared after the treatment, there was statistic significance in the difference of index and classification of Barthel (P<0.05) Conclusion:Combination therapy with medicine bar percussion for hemiplegia after stroke can promote phantom limb functional recovery, eliminate syndrome of swelling and numbness, and improve neurological function.
