This paper introduces Professor Chen Hongfeng’s clinical experience with acne breast carbuncle. It is believed that the case of the disease includes the congenital defects, emotional suppression, etc, which can be divided into nipple discharge stage, breast mass stage, maturity stage and fistula stage in the process of the differentiating and treating of the disease. Internal therapy was the preterred alternative if there was no ulceration and external therapy was used if there was serious ulceration. 2 pieces of proven cases were presented in this paper.
